Facilities Manager

Our client, a prestigious educational establishment, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a premises assistant.

Joining their estates team, the premises assistant will provide efficient and effective caretaking to primarily support the establishments property based in W4.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, this will include ensuring the general appearance of the buildings, areas and security is maintained to the required standards.

The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of up to £33k, and have access to a generous benefits package

The Role

• Maintain the security of the Sports Ground
• Daily visual checks of property inspecting all appropriate areas
• First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings, carrying out repairs and maintenance of reported jobs
• Control stock of consumable items such as cleaning and maintenance stock
• Ensure Caretaker rota is kept up to date
• Liaise with contractors directly to obtain quotes for works

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous caretaking/maintenance experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Self motivated and confident with working alone
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties
• Basic IT Skills
