Support Children Who Need It Most

Reed Education are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools across Rotherham and Doncaster.

We have multiple opportunities supporting children with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
• Support learning, engagement and emotional regulation
• Assist with implementing EHCP targets
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting SEND students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
