The ideal candidate

• Degree in English Language and/or Literature or a Degree in Education
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• At 3-5 years teaching experience
• Experience teaching the IB DP Curriculum would be to your advantage
• A passion for literature, language, and developing strong communication skills in young learners
• Experience delivering an international curriculum and preparing students for external examinations
• An understanding of and appreciation for diverse cultures within an international school setting.
• The flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm to embrace life and work in Costa Rica
