BMS Commissioning Engineer | £50k–£60k | North West An established BMS contractor is looking for an experienced BMS / Commissioning Engineer to join its growing team. You'll be working predominantly across the North West on a strong mix of commercial and fit-out projects, carrying out commissioning, upgrades, retrofit and controls works. They're looking for someone who knows BMS, can work independently and is reliable and professional when dealing directly with clients. You'll be working on: * BMS commissioning * Retrofit and system upgrades * Control panels * Plantrooms * Pumps * Sensors * Fan coil units * Fault finding * Reading BMS software * Software writing/modification where required * Trend and Tridium systems The majority of work is based throughout the North West, although there will occasionally be projects in the Midlands. You'll ideally have: * 5+ years' BMS/controls experience * Strong commissioning experience * Trend and/or Tridium experience * Ability to read BMS software * Ability to write software would be a major advantage * NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification * JIB card * Commercial/fit-out experience * Full UK driving licence * Strong client-facing skills Package: £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary Company vehicle + fuel card Paid overtime Christmas bonus 28 days holiday + bank holidays Pension 40-hour week 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday If you're an experienced BMS Engineer looking for a secure, long-term position with good earning potential and predominantly North West-based work, apply now with your CV or call Luke on (phone number removed)
