We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership in Bristol for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a strong background in automotive parts operations and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day running of the Parts Department * Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory levels * Lead and motivate the parts team to achieve departmental targets * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments * Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times * Monitor department performance and profitability Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Parts Supervisor within the motor trade * Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations * Excellent leadership and organisational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment * Full UK driving licence preferred What’s on Offer: * Monday to Friday working hours * Competitive salary package from £33,000 plus Bonus * Stable and reputable dealership environment * Career progression opportunities If you have the required experience and are looking for your next opportunity in the automotive industry, we would like to hear from you
