We're recruiting for a Machine Shop Team Leader to join a busy precision engineering manufacturer in Poole. This is a genuinely hands-on position where you'll be supporting production, solving machining challenges, leading by example, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality components on time. This isn't a desk-based management role. We're looking for someone with strong machine shop experience who can get involved in the day-to-day operation while motivating and developing the team around them.
