Private PA for UHNW Italian Family - Kensington

Based in a luxurious residence in Kensington (top English skills written and spoken and a high level of Italian is required) Some travel to Milan in the immediate future. (5 days based in residence) with a view to some hybrid in the future.

Supporting this charming an very busy international Italian Family with multiple interests and properties.

5 years+ as a top level private PA is required based in London.

Reporting into the Chief of Staff & UHNW couple when required. The role will include:-

• Extensive and complex travel arrangements – handling a mixture of commercial and private travel, hotel reservations and transfers for the family and staff.
• Drafting correspondence and proof-reading. The family are Italian so often required written communication support to ensure accuracy, tone and fluency.
• In-depth research into destinations, products and venues, often using AI tools.
• Making dinner reservations and booking appointments for all the family.
• Responsible for documentation, visas, renewals, memberships and insurance.
• Shopping for clothes and household items.
• Liaising with galleries, designers and florists to arrange fittings and installations.
• Helping adult children with bookings, correspondence, driving lessons, shopping, university issues.
• Organising birthday dinners & parties.
• Liaising with other staff in the UK office and Italy, lawyers and accountants.
• Managing multiple bank accounts, making all UK payments and maintaining a budget spreadsheet.

Household staff

• Managing a team of household staff; housekeepers, laundress, chef, facilities, security, drivers and house managers.
• I acted as point of contact between staff members and the Principals, ensuring smooth running of their lives and a large, complex property in Central London.
• Managing the full recruitment process; liaising with agencies, conducting interviews, speaking with references and payroll, drafting letters and job descriptions, arranging trials, negotiating salaries and off-boarding.
• Management of staff expenses.
• Some travel to Milan

Property

• Dealing with urgent house issues, for example leaks – calling contractor, obtaining approval for their quote, often supervising the work and making payment. Assisting with house issues and inventories in overseas properties.
