We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the delivery of all hard FM and building service activities across the site * Lead the health and safety, environmental compliance and quality standards * Ensure contractual KPI's and SLA's are consistently achieved * Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders * Manager and coordinate subcontractors ensuring efficient work delivery * Profit and loss performance and cost control for the site What are we looking for? * Strong technical understanding of building services maintenance * Proven experience managing building services contracts * Previous experience in a client facing role Desirable criteria: * Qualifications in either mechanical or electrical engineering * SMSTS qualification What do we offer? * Salary between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum * Company car and fuel card * Health & Wellbeing Discounts across a range of sites and stores * Referral Scheme of up to £300 per referral * Employee Assistance Programme providing 24/7 legal, financial and wellbeing support * Training and development within a growing company with opportunities to obtain further qualifications We are a well established company with a down to earth family feel.
