Handyman/Maintenance, £15ph, Southampton Temporary, Based on one site, Tools Provided We are looking for a proactive multi skilled Maintenance Operative to assist a busy student accommodation.  You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.
