Project Manager – FMCG Engineering Projects Permanent | Remote with travel to client sites | £55,000 – £70,000 About the company My client is an international engineering and project management firm delivering turnkey projects for leading global FMCG brands, with particular strength in food, beverage and brewing. They support clients from concept and detailed design through to construction, installation and commissioning. The role They are looking for a permanent Project Manager to lead engineering projects at client manufacturing sites. You’ll be home-based, travelling to client sites as projects require, and acting as the main point of contact for the client throughout delivery. Key responsibilities * Manage engineering projects from scope and design through to installation, commissioning and handover * Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationships * Plan and control programme, budget, risk and change * Coordinate design teams, contractors and suppliers on site * Ensure safe delivery in line with CDM requirements and the client’s site standards * Produce clear project reporting for clients and internal stakeholders What you’ll bring * A degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, process or similar) * Proven project management experience within FMCG, ideally food, drink or brewing * Experience delivering capital projects in live manufacturing environments * Confident, client-facing communication skills * Willingness to travel to client sites as required What’s on offer * Salary of £55,000 – £70,000, depending on experience * Permanent role with a growing international business * Remote working, with travel to client sites * Varied projects with some of the world’s best-known FMCG brands
