We are offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience within a face-to-face residential sales and customer service environment, with immediate starts available for successful applicants.

Based in Stoke-on-Trent, we are a growing sales and marketing company representing recognisable non-profit brands through face-to-face residential campaigns. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are looking to expand our sales division with enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are ready to get started.

No previous sales experience is required! Full client training is provided from day one, alongside opportunities to attend daily upskilling sessions led by experienced sales professionals. This is a long-term, subcontracted opportunity requiring full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week, Monday to Saturday). Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), commission and performance incentives, paid weekly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Full-Time Equivalent Availability: Able to commit to 4–5 full working days per week (Monday–Saturday).
• Immediate Availability: Ready to start as soon as possible, with immediate starts available.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with customers face-to-face.
• No Previous Experience Required: Customer-facing backgrounds are welcome, but not essential.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
• Long-Term Commitment: Looking for an ongoing opportunity within Stoke-on-Trent.

The Role:

• Engage with customers face-to-face through residential sales campaigns across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Represent recognisable non-profit brands, providing information and answering customer enquiries.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional, confident communication.
• Support customer acquisition activities and complete relevant sales administration.
• Participate in client training and daily upskilling opportunities to develop practical sales and customer service skills.
