CIVILS WORKING FOREMAN – CENTRAL NORWICH Immediate Start | Ongoing Contract (up to 2 years work)  Hourly Rate - £25- £27 per hour (CIS)  ARC are recruiting for an experienced Civils Working Foreman to join an ongoing civils project in Central Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong civils and groundworks background, who can lead a gang of 8 groundworkers and machine operators while remaining actively involved in the works on site. The Role: Supervising and supporting a gang of 8 groundworkers and machine operators Taking a hands-on approach to daily civils and groundworks activities Coordinating the workforce to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently Monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to programme and specification Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping Liaising with site management and reporting on progress and any issues Requirements: Previous experience as a Civils Working Foreman or Working Supervisor Strong background in civils, groundworks and infrastructure projects SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS card First Aid Experience supervising groundworkers and machine operators 360 Excavator ticket would be advantageous A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a gang What's on Offer: Immediate start available Ongoing contract Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience Opportunity to work on an established civils project Long-term opportunities available To apply, please send your CV to or call (phone number removed) for more information.
