Excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal PA or Legal Secretary to join a law firm based in London (West End). Hybrid working. Friendly, supportive team, nice offices and great location. Low turnover of staff.

You will be supporting the Partners and Lawyers in this successful Litigation team. The work is interesting with plenty of variety and includes -

• Liaising with clients on the phone, taking accurate messages
• AML checks and onboarding clients
• Billing and monitoring incoming payments
• Creating bundles for trial
• Document work including dictation, formatting, updating and amending
• Full range of legal administration

You will require recent Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience in Litigation in a law firm, good communication skills, plus excellent IT skills.
