Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard within your section
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of kitchen operations
• Maintain excellent food quality and consistency during service
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and kitchen procedures
• Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
• Work effectively within a fast-paced team environment

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef looking to progress
• Restaurant experience preparing fresh food to order
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Passionate about food and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure
• Flexible to work lunch services, evenings, and weekends
