REED Business Support is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing logistics organisation in the search for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their Folkestone team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with a background in freight forwarding, logistics, transport, or supply chain services who is passionate about developing new business and building long-term client relationships.

Location: Folkestone

Salary: Negotiable DOE + Excellent Commission Structure

Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth across Road, Sea, Air Freight, Courier, Warehousing and Customs Services

Develop and secure new business opportunities

Grow and manage existing customer accounts

Build lasting client relationships through meetings, site visits and networking

Manage commercial performance, pricing and profitability

Were looking for someone with:

Previous freight forwarding/logistics sales experience

Proven success in business development and revenue growth

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Excellent relationship-building abilities

A proactive and self-motivated approach
