As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety and building relationships across different school settings.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ensure students remain on task and motivated throughout lessons.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, departments, and school environments.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status and relevant secondary classroom experience.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people and their education.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
