1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant Full Time

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the Blackpool area. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional learning needs. This is a full-time, term-time-only position, ideal for someone who is committed to nurturing child development through personalised support.

Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting young children, preferably within a primary school setting

• Previous experience in a 1:1 support role or working with pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is highly desirable

• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting individual student needs

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
