We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodford.

The ideal candidate must have 1+ year's property management experience with a full understanding of all current legislation, OR a strong admin background with a keen interest in Property Management

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

This role will not include property inspections so you will not need a driving licence or car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager:

• Basic £30,000 - £32,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays working from home covering phone line

Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager:

• Assist in overall property management duties
• Registering applicants
• Booking viewings
• Discussing property details
• Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
• Checking on rent payments
• Negotiating tenancy renewals
• Book end of tenancy checkouts

Key Skills for the role of Property Manager:

• Must have previous 1 year's + Property Management experience OR strong admin background with a keen interest in Property Management
• Be up to date with all current legislation (if experienced)
• Local knowledge
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
• Positive attitude
