Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Business Founder. As a Founder, you will be responsible for building and scaling an independent recruitment business within your industry of expertise. This includes business planning, client acquisition, talent sourcing and placement, managing recruitment operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead strategic decisions, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team to drive the success of your business.
