The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback that helps children achieve their full potential.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Contribute to the wider school community and take an active role in school life.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A positive, energetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine commitment to helping children succeed both academically and personally.
