We're partnering with a high-growth, innovation-led organisation looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop their in-house recruitment function.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape TA strategy, partner with senior stakeholders and lead a small recruitment team, while continuing to recruit for key business-critical roles.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function.
Manage and coach a team of recruiters.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
Drive direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
Lead recruitment for senior, specialist and hard-to-find talent across a range of business areas.
Improve processes, on-boarding, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
A strong track record recruiting specialist talent.
An individual who enjoys both strategy and 'hands on' delivery
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and recruit.
Ideal Background Experience within innovation-led environments would be advantageous.
