Job Title: Night Support Worker – Adult Care Location: Bournemouth, Dorset (BH5) Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate + Weekly Pay Job Type: Temporary / Flexible Shifts / Immediate Cover About the Role: Trident Healthcare Solutions is currently recruiting dedicated and experienced Night Support Workers to cover upcoming night shifts at an adult supported living and care service in Bournemouth (BH5). We have multiple night shifts available starting from 1st November 2026 onwards, offering opportunities for individual shift pickups or ongoing block bookings. Shift Details: Shift Pattern: Waking Night Shifts (19:30 – 08:00) Upcoming Dates: Sun 01/11/2026 Tue 03/11/2026 Wed 04/11/2026 Thu 05/11/2026 Fri 06/11/2026 Sat 07/11/2026 Key Responsibilities: Providing guidance and encouragement through compassionate physical and emotional support during night-time routines. Managing, administering, and recording resident medication safely in line with care plans and compliance standards. Maintaining and helping with health care needs, monitoring resident well-being, and performing regular night welfare checks. Promoting independence and assisting individuals with daily routines, personal care, hygiene, and morning/bedtime preparation. Assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean environment overnight. Maintaining accurate night duty records, MAR charts, and clear handover notes for the day team. Requirements & Qualifications: Valid Medication Administration Certificate (Level 2 or equivalent). Previous experience as a Support Worker / Care Assistant in adult social care, learning disabilities, or supported living environments. Enhanced DBS check (preferably registered on the Update Service). Up-to-date mandatory training certificates. A calm, reliable, and responsible approach to working effectively overnight.
