Key Responsibilities * Manage document control across multiple live M&E construction projects. * Register, upload, issue and distribute drawings, specifications and technical documentation. * Maintain accurate document registers and revision histories. * Ensure project teams are working from the latest approved information. * Control incoming and outgoing project documentation. * Coordinate information between Project Managers, Design Teams, Engineers, consultants, subcontractors and clients. * Track drawing and document submissions and follow up outstanding information. * Maintain structured and auditable electronic filing systems. * Assist project teams with document queries and information requests. * Identify discrepancies, missing information and revision issues and escalate where necessary. * Support the compilation of project handover and close out documentation. * Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the full project lifecycle. About You The successful candidate will have previous Document Control experience within construction, M&E or building services. You should be organised, detail focused and confident managing multiple priorities across several projects. You will need to be comfortable dealing with different stakeholders and able to build effective working relationships with project and design teams. Experience with construction document management systems and platforms such as Viewpoint, Aconex, Asite, Procore or similar. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join an established building services business and become part of a specialist division working on a varied portfolio of commercial and technically complex projects. The role offers genuine project exposure, responsibility across multiple schemes and the opportunity to work closely with experienced construction and M&E professionals
