We are looking for ECT's to help support primary, secondary or SEN schools across Birmingham or Sandwell with daily, short term and long term or fixed term cover. We have a number of vacancies currently available but we are also able to get your CV out to local schools in your area to find you a suitable position that matches your requirements. We are here to help find you the most suitable role! Daily supply work may appeal to individuals who are looking for a flexible work life balance as working on supply you can pick what days you are available each week. Whereas our longer term and fixed contract work is more for candidates who are able to commit to one school on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, as an early careers teacher working via agency, it allows you to visit a few schools in your local area, gain more classroom experience and explore your preferences before commiting to something more long term/permanent.
