GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing law firm, who are looking to appoint a Qualified Property Solicitor to join their expanding Property Department in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor to join a supportive, client-focused firm, managing a varied caseload of property matters while continuing to develop their legal career.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters.
• Providing clear, practical and high-quality legal advice to clients.
• Delivering exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing or property transaction process.
• Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Property Department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in residential and/or commercial property law.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• The ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high standards of service.
• A proactive, motivated and client-focused approach.
