Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Engineer to join the business. The position combines office-based sales activity with occasional customer visits and responsibility for an international territory covering the UK, Europe and North America. This is an office based role.

This role will suit a commercially minded individual with a strong technical appreciation who enjoys working closely with customers to understand operational challenges and provide technically robust solutions.

The business supplies a range of refractory and high-temperature process solutions.

Profile

A successful Technical Sales Engineer will:

• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers across the UK, Europe and North America.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industrial sectors.
• Conduct customer visits to understand process requirements and technical challenges.
• Promote the company's refractory product portfolio and technical capabilities.
• Proven experience within Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or Application Engineering.
• Strong technical appreciation with the ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications and industrial processes.
• Experience selling refractory products, industrial materials, engineered products or technical solutions would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both engineers and senior decision-makers.
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of developing customer relationships and generating revenue growth.
• Comfortable managing an international territory.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
