Customer Service & Logistics Team Leader 📍 West Sussex | 💰 Competitive Salary DOE | 💼 Permanent We're recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Team Leader to join a growing business supporting customers across the UK and international markets. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll lead an established team of three, oversee customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinate logistics and exports, and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained across the business. What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching and supporting a team of 3 customer service professionals Managing customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment Coordinating with warehouse, purchasing and logistics teams Handling export documentation and international shipments Managing courier relationships, deliveries and shipment queries Prioritising workloads and resolving escalated customer issues Driving process improvements and operational efficiency What We're Looking For ✔ Customer service, order management or sales support experience ✔ Logistics, supply chain, distribution or export experience ✔ Previous team leadership, supervisory or coaching experience ✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ✔ Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What's On Offer?
