The Role

Reporting to the Marketing & DTC Director, you'll take the lead on social media and influencer marketing, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences and drive growth. Alongside this, you'll support activity across digital, ecommerce, retail and brand marketing, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver effective, joined-up campaigns.

You'll also line manage and develop the Marketing Executive team, helping to drive performance across the wider marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the social media strategy across all platforms, growing engagement and strengthening the brand's online presence.

  • Take ownership of influencer marketing, from sourcing partnerships and briefing creators to delivering campaigns and analysing results.

  • Manage paid social activity and collaborate with media agencies on PPC, SEO, display and wider digital campaigns.

  • Line manage, support and develop the Marketing Executive team.

  • Work alongside the Marketing & DTC Director to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, identifying opportunities to improve results.

  • Work with the sales team to deliver marketing support for retail partners.

  • Plan and coordinate consumer and trade events, exhibitions and experiential activity.

  • Oversee social media community management, ensuring consistent and engaging interactions with audiences.

About You

  • Extensive experience in social media management and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and brand growth.

  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to motivate, lead and develop a small team.

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, including paid social, PPC, SEO and display advertising.

  • Experience briefing and managing external marketing, PR and media agencies.

  • Confident using Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools to measure performance and inform decisions.

  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known consumer brand in a broad marketing role where you'll take ownership of social media and influencer activity while supporting the wider marketing strategy and leading a small team.
