Join Taylors in Downend, part of Connells Group, as a Lettings Negotiator. You’ll help tenants find their next home and build strong relationships with landlords.

We’ll support you with training, hands-on coaching and clear opportunities to progress in lettings or across the wider Group.

£25k Basic Salary Plus Uncapped Commission | Career Progression

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:

Help tenants find their next home and landlords find the right tenants. You’ll:

• Generate new business and book rental valuations
• Show prospective tenants around properties
• Negotiate rental terms and agree lets
• Keep landlords and tenants updated through to move-in

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally, experience in lettings or sales
• Confidence building relationships and winning new business
• Motivation to achieve targets and give great customer service
• A positive, organised approach with an eye for detail
• Clear communication skills and confidence using everyday IT systems
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
