Reed Finance are exclusively supporting a growing and innovative business to hire a newly created FP&A Analyst.

Working closely with the Head of FP&A, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insight, supporting business planning and helping drive commercial decision-making across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its scale-up journey, where finance is becoming increasingly integral to operational and strategic performance.

Key responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis and the production of insightful reporting to support decision-making across the business. The role will involve partnering with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, requiring someone who can communicate financial information clearly and build strong working relationships.

We're looking for:

• Fully qualified (preferably CIMA or ACCA)
• Advanced Excel skills (essential)
• Strong financial modelling capability
• Experience within FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance
• Proven ability to partner effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and a naturally inquisitive approach

This opportunity would suit someone who has progressed from a management accounts background into a more commercial role, an experienced Financial Analyst looking to join a business entering its next phase of growth.

In return, the business offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a strong benefits package.
