We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Transformation Manager to join a growing organisation and drive operational improvements across finance, billing and business processes.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving cash collection, streamlining workflows, implementing automation and supporting operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash collection and credit control processes.
• Improve invoicing accuracy and billing procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding, contract administration and renewals.
• Develop operational reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in business operations, finance operations, credit control or commercial administration.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational change.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and finance systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
