We are seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our team, carrying out electrical works and repairs within social housing properties in Warwick and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:  Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. Diagnose faults and complete remedial works. Undertake electrical work associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments where required. Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements. Complete relevant certification, job sheets and reports accurately. Liaise with residents, supervisors and other trades. Maintain tools, equipment and the company vehicle in good condition. Ensure properties are left safe, clean and tidy following completion of work. Requirements of the Electrician:  Fully qualified - NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 and PART F qualification.  Full UK driving licence.
