Contracts Manager – Shopfitting Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum Projects: Nationwide The Role We are working with an established shopfitting contractor based in Bristol who is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of nationwide retail fit-out and shopfitting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in shopfitting, retail fit-outs or commercial interiors who can manage multiple projects, lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple nationwide shopfitting and retail fit-out projects from inception through to completion. * Oversee Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams across various locations. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. * Monitor project programmes, costs, budgets and profitability. * Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout project delivery. * Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and site resources. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. * Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial issues. * Attend site visits and client meetings as required. * Oversee snagging, handovers and final account processes. Requirements * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within shopfitting, retail fit-out or commercial interiors. * Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience overseeing Site Managers and subcontractors. * Excellent organisational, communication and client management skills. * Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and cost management. * Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
