Case Handler

Central Bournemouth (on site) - Permanent starting salary £27,000 (Full training and support)

Essential - Excellent telephone manner, Accurate data entry, Diary and case management

Duties:

• Managing administrative tasks relating to ongoing recovery and litigation cases.
• Drafting documents and correspondence.
• Supporting partners and fee earners with case progression.
• Conducting research and ensuring cases move forward efficiently.
• Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone and email.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an administrative support, case handling, collections, recoveries, or customer service environment.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work to targets and manage a busy workload.
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• Good research and problem-solving skills.
