What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Auction Valuer Manager:
- Taking ownership of the Kent territory, driving business growth and increasing auction instructions
- Carrying out property appraisals, preparing auction valuations and advising on guide prices and reserve recommendations
- Building and developing relationships with estate agents, investors, developers and professional introducers
- Identifying new business opportunities and securing referral partnerships to generate a consistent pipeline of instructions
- Leading and supporting the regional auction team, monitoring performance and maximising commercial opportunities
- Representing the business at client meetings, property valuations and networking events while working towards regional growth targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Essential previous experience within the property auction industry - this is non-negotiable
- Proven management or leadership experience within the property sector
- Strong business development background with a successful track record of winning new instructions
- Excellent property valuation, appraisal and negotiation skills
- Experience developing relationships and referral partnerships with estate agents and property professionals
- Commercially minded with a good understanding of the property market and auction process
- Self-motivated, highly organised and confident managing a regional territory independently
- Must reside in Kent, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
