This is a senior sales role for a confident and commercially minded property professional with a proven track record in residential sales.

You will manage negotiations, develop client relationships, generate new business and drive transactions through to completion, representing quality properties across some of London's most desirable locations. Previous estate agency experience essential.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful completion
• Negotiating offers and securing the best possible outcomes for clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and investors
• Generating new business opportunities and identifying potential sales instructions
• Conducting property viewings and providing informed market advice
• Managing the sales pipeline, progressing transactions and supporting overall team performance

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
• Strong track record of negotiating and successfully closing property sales
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Confident dealing with high-net-worth clients and international buyers
• Strong business development skills with the ability to generate new opportunities
• Good knowledge of the Central London property market desirable
• Professional, articulate, ambitious and commercially minded
• Highly organised with excellent negotiation and customer service skills
