Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic salary (flexible for the right candidate)

The Opportunity
An established independent property business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager to join its growing team. This is a hands-on, senior-level position suited to a candidate who can hit the ground running with minimal training. The role offers a varied mix of office-based responsibilities, property viewings, inspections and general lettings activities within a modern paperless environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full 360-degree lettings process.
Conducting property viewings and inspections.
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
Managing tenancy progression and renewals.
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation.
Handling day-to-day property management matters.
Supporting both lettings and sales activities where required.
Maintaining accurate records using a paperless property management system.
Compliance & Knowledge
Understanding of the Renters Reform Act and current residential lettings legislation.
Knowledge of property inspections and tenancy management.
Awareness of landlord and tenant compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Previous residential lettings experience.
Experience in a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Manager or similar role.
Ability to work independently with minimal training.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Experience conducting viewings and inspections.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Occasional viewings outside standard working hours as required.
Interview Process
Stage 1: Face-to-face interview.
Stage 2: Final interview with senior management.
