Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, based in Tunbridge Wells, for an experienced Senior HR Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic HR professional to lead the people function, drive organisational development initiatives, and support business growth through effective workforce planning and employee engagement.

About the Role:

• Leading the HR function across multiple departments
• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned to business objectives
• Advising senior leadership on employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation
• Overseeing recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Managing complex employee relations cases and organisational change programmes
• Driving employee engagement and wellbeing programmes
• Monitoring HR KPIs and producing management reports
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment regulations and policies

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role
• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience managing organisational change and transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Salary & Working Pattern:

£31,000 - £35,000 per annum

Full-time, Monday to Friday
