RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, "SCHOOL JANITOR" to join their team in SALTCOATS You will be responsible for JANITOR works in schools. School Janitor SALTCOATS KA21 £13.31PH ASAP Start 8AM TO 4PM MON TO FRI We are currently seeking a Janitor for work in a School in saltcoats. This is a temporary contract so will be initially for 3 months but will to move into a permanent role after 12 weeks. Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 4PM Main duties will be: - Fire alarm testing - Opening/Locking up - Assisting cleaning team - Small planned maintenance tasks, including escorting contractors - Maintenance of daily staff attendance records/ signing in book - Preparing halls and rooms for a range of uses - Snow clearance and gritting - Ensuring graffiti is removed or covered as soon as possible - On call - emergency out of hours response maybe required Full training on duties will be given, however previous experience in Janitorial role or Building caretaker role is advantageous. Work is in a school so you must be able to pass a PVG Criminal record check before starting. We will put you through this.
