A top international law firm is looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join its Accounts Payable team.

You'll be working alongside a small, close-knit team handling purchase ledger invoices, expenses, and client disbursements, with plenty of exposure to suppliers, internal teams, and day-to-day payment processing.

Day to day you'll be:

• Reviewing supplier invoices for office costs and client recharges
• Reviewing expense requests
• Coordinating weekly payment runs and managing urgent daily payments
• Resolving payment queries from colleagues and external contacts
• Handling client disbursements and processing VAT receipts
• Allocating incoming funds to settle invoices

What you'll bring:

• A-Levels or equivalent
• Some office experience
• A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in finance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload
