HR Business Partner

£42k - £50k

London (Hybrid)

Your New Role

Our client are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to
join their growing HR Consultancy team on an initial 12-month
fixed-term contract. Working with a varied portfolio of clients
across different industries, you will provide practical HR advice
and support, helping businesses manage their people and
employment matters effectively. You will build strong
relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
and supporting them with a range of HR issues. This will include
managing employee relations cases, such as disciplinary matters,
grievances, investigations, restructures and TUPE. You will also
help clients develop and update HR policies, procedures and
employment documentation, as well as delivering HR training where
required. You will need to manage several clients at once,
adapting to different business needs, systems and ways of
working. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will
contribute to improving the HR consultancy service, identifying
ways to support clients further and helping develop new business
opportunities. The role will involve working remotely, from the
office and occasionally at client sites, depending on business
needs. You will also be expected to attend the City office at
least twice a month to work alongside the wider team.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally, you will have previous experience working as an HR
Business Partner within an HR consultancy environment, supporting
multiple clients across different industries. You will hold a
CIPD qualification or equivalent and have a strong understanding
of employment law and HR best practice. You will be confident
managing complex employee relations matters, including
disciplinary and grievance cases, restructures and TUPE. Strong
communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as
you will be working closely with clients and advising senior
stakeholders. You will have a good commercial understanding and
be able to provide practical HR solutions that support both
employees and business objectives. Experience supporting growing
businesses, managing organisational change and using HR data to
help businesses make decisions would also be beneficial. You will
be highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities
and confident working independently. Experience delivering HR
training, presenting to clients and identifying opportunities to
develop client relationships will also be advantageous. A
willingness to travel to client sites when required is essential.

In Return

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing HR Consultancy
team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering exposure to a
varied client base and a wide range of HR projects. You will have
the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop
your consultancy experience and contribute to the growth and
improvement of the wider HR service. The role offers flexible
working, with a combination of home working, office-based working
and visits to client sites as required.
