About the Role As a Private Client Legal Secretary, the successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a fee earner within a busy Private Client department.
Providing secretarial and administrative support
Producing legal documents using digital dictation
Preparing correspondence and standard letters
Handling client enquiries professionally
Building positive client relationships
Arranging meetings and appointments
Supporting the smooth running of the department
What We're Looking For The ideal Private Client Legal Secretary will have:
Previous Legal Secretary experience within Private Client law
Strong audio typing skills
Experience using BigHand or similar software
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A professional, approachable manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload
