Year 5 Teacher - January Start

Location: Hazel Grove, Stockport
Contract: Full-time

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher for a full-time position at a primary school in Hazel Grove, Stockport, starting in January.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to join a primary school and deliver engaging lessons that challenge, motivate and support pupils as they progress through Key Stage 2.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.

• Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

• Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly English and maths.

• Use effective classroom and behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to support and challenge pupils of different abilities.
