Working on commercial groundworks packages throughout the UK on Data Centres, Distribution Hubs, and Waste to energy Projects Works include: * Bulk excavation * Ground remediation * Piling mats and piling, pile caps etc * Ground beams and floor slabs * Foundations * Specialist tanking installation * Retaining walls & Substructures * Reinforced concrete sub-structures * External works and hard / soft landscaping Rewards * 18 months - 36 months Freelance assignment * Day rates £400 - £500per day * Outside IR35
