Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an Administrator to support their busy Planning team. You must be flexible, proactive and willing to learn.

As an Administrator your duties will include:

• Monitor and manage the planning inbox daily.
• Identify follow up visits and coordinate with field engineering team to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Raise Quotations for service work following engineers’ site visits.
• Identify and address customer service and complaint issues, escalating as necessary.
• Monitor all no access visits and coordinate with field engineering team to find solutions.
• Generate and analyse engineer utilisation report, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Review unassigned reactive calls and coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Update Key customers with regular work in progress reports and participate in update meetings.
• Manage and renew contracts to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond quickly to queries, coordinating with teams to resolve issues.

As an Administrator you will have the following key skills:

• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
