We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to manage a programme of residential improvement works across Bow and Limehouse. The programme will predominantly involve kitchen and bathroom works alongside minor external works within residential properties. You will be responsible for coordinating trades and ensuring multiple properties progress efficiently through the programme while maintaining excellent standards of health & safety, quality and resident care. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day management of works across the programme * Coordinating kitchen, bathroom and associated trades * Managing subcontractors and productivity * Monitoring programme and property completions * Health & safety management * Quality control and snagging * Working closely with the Resident Liaison Officer * Coordinating access and minimising disruption to residents We are looking for someone with previous experience managing kitchen and bathroom programmes, planned maintenance or social housing refurbishment. Applicants should hold relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The role commences 4 January 2027 for approximately three months
