  • Ensuring meeting rooms are maintained and prepared for visitors.
  • Managing office supplies and stationery.
  • Maintaining a welcoming, professional and well-organised office environment, including communal areas and kitchen facilities.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Senior Administrator position.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience of invoicing, expenses and general finance administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits

  • £32,000 - £35,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
  • Additional gifted leave between Christmas and New Year.
  • Group Personal Pension Scheme with a 3% employer contribution (subject to eligibility).
  • Regular team building
  • An exciting overseas company trip planned for the team this year.
