Finance Business Partner - Revenue | London | Hybrid (4 days in office)

Handle are working with a rapidly growing media and investment brand who are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional finance and play a genuine role in driving revenue growth, influencing commercial decisions and shaping business performance.

The role

Working closely with the Director of Finance and senior commercial stakeholders, you'll turn financial data into actionable insight, helping the business identify opportunities, improve profitability and make better decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning revenue forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across multiple brands and revenue streams.
• Managing creator and brand P&Ls, delivering clear reporting and commercial recommendations.
• Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to improve pipeline forecasting, pricing and deal profitability.
• Building financial models and business cases for new revenue streams and growth initiatives.
• Supporting the design and optimisation of sales commission structures and targets.
• Improving reporting and finance processes through automation, AI and smarter tools.

What I'm looking for

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
• 0-2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in commercial finance or partnering with revenue-generating teams.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability.
• A commercially curious, analytical and proactive mindset.
• Someone confident challenging stakeholders, communicating complex numbers simply and turning insight into action.

Experience in media, digital, agencies, start-ups or other high-growth environments would be particularly relevant.
