We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers with QTS to support a range of primary schools across the Black Country. Working in partnership with multiple Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) in the area, we have a growing demand for flexible teachers who can provide daily supply cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Whether you are looking for a few days a week or regular daily bookings, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings while maintaining greater control over your working schedule.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary year groups.
• Follow existing lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings, routines and expectations.
• Support pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Build relationships with schools and staff across a variety of local settings.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, reliable and proactive approach to daily supply.
• Confidence adapting to different year groups and school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
