The Role

Working a 42-hour week on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, covering both days and nights, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security and smooth operation of a renowned historic estate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular patrols across the estate and historic buildings.
• Monitoring CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
• Managing access for residents, staff, contractors and visitors.
• Responding to security, fire and medical incidents.
• Providing a highly visible and professional security presence.
• Supporting events and activities held across the estate.
• Maintaining accurate records and incident reports.
• Always delivering exceptional customer service.

About You

• Previous security experience in a similar setting
• SIA Licence essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, professional and confident under pressure.
• Excellent customer service approach.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Willingness to undertake First Aid and Fire Marshal training.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £33,786.64 per annum

Working Pattern: 42-hour week, 4 days on / 4 days off (days and nights)

Overtime: Paid at single rate, with double time on Bank Holidays

Annual Leave: 24 days
